• Are you trying your best and still not getting the results you desire?
  • Is your focus in alignment with what you desire?
  • Do you feel that something is holding you back?

Hosting by Impact Hub Westminster in partnership with Coachingpartner ‘Grow Your Business: Start With You’ is a four-part professional development programme for leaders and entrepreneurs.

The key to achieving your professional goals is to first working on yourself. Starting with understanding your uniqueness, making decisions in alignment with who you are and tapping into your full potential will lead you to take the next step, move you closer to your goals and reach your objectives.

During the four sessions, which will take place over six months, you will have an opportunity to develop yourself, igniting the entrepreneur, leader or manager that you have the potential to be. Using Coachingpartner’s identity model and a series of powerful and practical tools, techniques and theories, you will leave the programme more confident in your skills and abilities, and equipped with a series of practical steps to grow your business and improve your performance.

These sessions will be highly interactive where learnings will be co-created in the group. You will be given the opportunity to test, experience and refine the tools presented by working in pairs or participating in groups.

I feel that coaching can be very powerful in creating change and I am committed to bringing clarity and balance to achieve this.

My work with ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs revolves around gaining clarity and raising confidence. A central part of this work is reminding yourself of why you do what you do and gaining clarity about your uniqueness.

Many ambitious entrepreneurs have had bad experiences early in their career. That´s one of the reasons they started for themselves and they really want to make a genuine impact.

In my work I help leaders and entrepreneurs lift their confidence and sharpen their focus so that they can achieve much more of what´s important.

Throughout my experience in operations, logistics and administration for entrepreneurial SMEs, a consistent thread has been to build productive relationships, and identify and develop new systems and processes that set the foundations for growth in a safe environment.

My decision to transition into coaching came from wanting to help people understand their values, strengths and motivational drivers. I believe that understanding your core values and true identity will help you get clarity and start taking action on the changes you need to make to live your own journey.

Whether it is with a one to one client or an organisation, I truly enjoy seeing someone grow from this unique experience and start shifting his perspectives.

I work as a coach, and coach people on their work, their careers, and their lives. In particular, I work with people to help them find the path that is right for them, and to help them walk it really well. I love working with clients who want to have a big impact on the world, and are willing to ask (and answer) the big questions, like ‘What really matters to me?’, ‘What do I want my contribution to the world to be?’ and ‘Who am I?’

I spent most of my early career in arts and culture, leading organisations and then moving into training and development; I have also worked in roles in the private and public sector. I’ve been a director, a trustee, a manager, an administrator and a leader.
