The UK’s future entrepreneurs will be gaining insight into the world of business at a guided tour of Impact Hub Westminster as part of Westminster Enterprise Week (14-20 November 2016).
Students from schools and colleges from across Westminster have been invited to put their questions to the experts and work on developing their enterprise skills.
The students will also be attending Inside My Impact, a brand new event that invites leading entrepreneurs to talk about their journey to creating impact. Duncan Goose, founder of One Water, will be speaking about launching his brand and his commitment to tackling the global water crisis on Monday 14th November.
More than half of young people in the UK aged 16 to 24 want to start their own business, but it can be hard to know where to begin. The tour, organised as part of Westminster City Council’s Westminster Enterprise Week, aims to give them a head-start.
Westminster Enterprise Week is an annual event supporting young people in turning their business ideas into reality. This year’ s programme include talks from high-profile entrepreneurs including Margaret Mountford and Tim Campbell from the BBC’s ‘The Apprentice’, tours of Westminster’s enterprise spaces, masterclasses, workshops and more.
Westminster Enterprise Week is an official partner of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the world’s largest entrepreneurship campaign.
